- Nakshatra Special Situation Fund: A Special Situation Fund focused on the acquisition of stressed assets, with a corpus of ₹100 crores.
- Category II
- Nakshatra Stressed Assets Fund: Primarily investing in growth-stage and unlisted companies with scaling challenges.
- Scheme-1: Currently has a corpus of ₹85 crores, with final closing projected in March 2024.
- Scheme-2 (Nakshatra Bharat Vantage Fund): Launched on August 6, 2024, with a targeted corpus of ₹500 crores.
- Nakshatra Stressed Assets Fund: Primarily investing in growth-stage and unlisted companies with scaling challenges.
NCAL Stressed Asset Fund Private Limited serves as the investment manager for these two SEBI-registered Alternative Investment Funds.
